- You receive lifetime access, including future updates, as long as Spaiheart Atelier operates at spaiheart.click.
- What if I only have 20 minutes a day?
- Our lessons are intentionally short. You can complete a segment in 20–40 minutes and still make meaningful progress.
- Which materials do I need to start?
- A 2B pencil, a kneaded eraser, and a sketchbook around A4 size are enough for most beginner courses. We list extras per course in the catalog.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. If a course doesn’t fit your goals, request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We may ask for feedback to improve the curriculum.
- Will I receive a certificate?
- You can download a completion certificate after finishing all lessons and reflective prompts in a course.
- Are subtitles available?
- Yes. Most videos include English subtitles and downloadable transcripts for offline review.
- Which devices are supported?
- Modern browsers on laptops, tablets, and phones are supported. We recommend a larger screen for figure drawing references.
- Is there a community or feedback?
- Courses include reflective prompts and optional critique guidelines you can use with peers or mentors.
- How do I track progress?
- Each course includes checklists and reflection notes. We encourage a weekly review to reinforce habits.
